48 hrs notice must be given to cancel or change a booking or full hire cost will be taken.

Our vehicles carry an excess in the event of any accident or damage. We do offer an excess waiver, please ask at the time of booking.

Driving Licences and DVLA check code must be emailed to bsdclevedon@hotmail.com

Please note NO documents will be taken on day of hire, Insurance will be arranged prior to collection.

Sorry we do not offer out of hours returns.
